John Reed Stark has managed cybersecurity projects and incident response investigations for two decades – on behalf of both the government and the private sector. John Reed Stark served for 15 years as an SEC enforcement attorney leading cyber-related projects, investigations and enforcement actions.  He served for 11 years as Founder and Chief of the SEC Office of Internet Enforcement.
