My name is John Reed Stark and I initially created this site as an educational resource for use primarily by my students at Georgetown University School of law, where I have taught a course entitled "Securities law and the Internet" since 1996. However, this site has evolved into a useful resource for anyone interested in securities regulation and the Internet, as well as a convenient platform for Presentation handouts or even for conferences such as the 2002 CyberSecurities Forum that I co-hosted a few years ago.
The site costs nothing to use -- and no one pays me anything at all related to its upkeep. I constructed the site myself and remain solely responsible for all of the site's maintenance, updates, revisions, renovations, etc. To learn more about me, click here.
