U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Cybersecurity Roundtable

John Reed Stark presented on a panel entitled, "Broker-Dealers, Investment Advisers, and Transfer Agents" at the first U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission Cybersecurity Roundtable. Roundtable panelists discussed with the SEC Commissioners and the SEC Chairman the cybersecurity landscape and cybersecurity issues faced by exchanges and other key market systems, broker-dealers, investment advisers, transfer agents, and public companies. Panelists also discussed industry and public-private sector coordination efforts relating to assessing and responding to cybersecurity issues.
